For nearly 40 years, AdventureWomen’s number one priority has always been ensuring the safety of our guests. We are as deeply concerned as you are by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, and we hope that you, your family, and friends remain healthy and well during this challenging time.
We want you to be able to book with confidence, which is why we’ve updated our booking policies to be more flexible. If you register for any 2021 AdventureWomen trip before February 26th and decide you are unable to join that departure, we will transfer 100% of your deposit to a future AdventureWomen trip.*
If AdventureWomen must cancel a trip due to COVID-19, we will transfer 100% of your payment, as well as an additional $100 credit to a future trip of your choice.**
*Offer valid for new registrations made only from October 1, 2020-February 26, 2021 for trips departing by December 31, 2021. Deposits are nonrefundable. Any transfers must be requested in writing with the trip name and date you wish to transfer to on or before 5PM eastern time 120 days prior to your original departure date. After this time, deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
**Valid only for new registrations made on or after July 1, 2020. Additional $100 credit is a one-time transfer credit and is not combinable with any other discounts or promotions.
