For nearly 40 years, AdventureWomen’s number one priority has always been ensuring the safety of our guests. We are as deeply concerned as you are by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, and we hope that you, your family, and friends remain healthy and well during this challenging time.
We want you to be able to book with confidence. Register for a 2021 AdventureWomen trip before December 1, 2020. If you decide you are unable to join the trip, you can transfer 100% of your deposit to a future AdventureWomen trip.*
If AdventureWomen must cancel a trip due to COVID-19, we will transfer 100% of your payment, as well as an additional $100 credit to a future trip of your choice.**
*Offer valid for new registrations only from October 1, 2020-December 1, 2020. Deposits are nonrefundable. Any transfers must be requested in writing with the trip name and date you wish to transfer to on or before 5PM eastern time 120 days prior to your original departure date. After this time, deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
