Enjoy our photo gallery from our recent September 2014 adventure vacation and safari in Tanzania!
AdventureWomen’s Tanzania Safari on the Serengeti took place September 12-23, 2014 and treated us to the great Serengeti Migration of African wildlife, an unforgettable experience for all who have had the opportunity to witness it firsthand.
A Tanzania (or Kenya) safari on the Serengeti Plain during the migration is one of the most magnificent wildlife spectacles that unfolds each year. Not only did we have the opportunity to experience these great herds of African animals that travel back and forth from Tanzania to Kenya, but we were also able to visit and interact with the Maasai peoples, stay in comfortable tented camps, balloon over the Serengeti, and travel to the floor of spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as Noah’s Ark.
Here is a sample of photos from our Tanzania safari showing you the wonderful scenery, African animals, and vacation activities we experienced on safari in Tanzania. Click on each photo to view them full frame. And did you see our video of the Great Serengeti Migration?
